Returns and Refunds Policy
Print Errors:
Due to the custom nature of our print services, all printed stock cannot be returned. Personalized goods cannot be resold as they are made to your specifications. If, however, printing errors are determined to be our fault, such as a spelling mistake that differs from the approved and signed-off artwork, we will gladly reprint and replace all affected products. Alternatively, we may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the specific circumstances, after an individual assessment.Damaged Items:
Please inform us of any orders damaged in transit, whether in part or in full, within 48 hours of delivery.
Faulty Items:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive any faulty items. Defective items will need to be safely stored for our collection.
Refunds:
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of Treehugger Branding Limited receiving the returned goods.
